Well a new year begins. Every year at this time we wonder what the year will bring.In the Real Estate world it is a time of market predictions . Will prices be up or down? What will interest rates do? Will the new government make changes to help or hurt the market? Have prices peaked? Are we in for a price crash? Should I sell now? Should I buy property in case it still goes up? Who can know for sure.

The predictions are the market will level but continue strong. New housing starts have slowed a little but resale market seems to still be active. Every year I seem to start fresh wondering what is around the corner. When you're in sales you question whether you can make a living this year or not. It never matters what you did the year before - you just never know if you'll make another sale. Hard work matters, but more importantly, I've learned to put my faith and trust in God.  Markets may fluxuate but He never has let me down. Regardless of what you do for a living - let me suggest to you, if you haven't discovered this for yourself, believe when I say "You never lose out when you put your faith and trust in God."

I hope I haven't disappointed anyone who was looking for more about Real Estate in this article - but then again, maybe this is what somebody needed to hear.
